We source from veteran growers and off-the-beaten-path vineyards from Sonoma, Mendocino, and Humboldt counties and as far north as Oregon’s Willamette Valley. We also source from our own vineyards, which we've been growing in Sonoma County for three generations.
In 2016 we set out to create the best line of domestic vermouths using local ingredients grown on our ranch in Sonoma County. For our recipe we created over 25 different house-made tinctures and teas, which we combine with our organic chardonnay and riesling to make the vermouths we have today. We're now enjoyed by some of the best restaurants and bartenders in America, both on the rocks or in a cocktail.
